As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist, you will play a critical part in protecting enterprise systems by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the end-to-end user lifecycle, including access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across enterprise systems.
• In this role, you’ll administer and support IAM, IGA, PAM, and Secrets Management platforms while enforcing logical access controls.
• You’ll execute access certifications and Segregation of Duties reviews to ensure compliance with security standards.
• You’ll collaborate with Infrastructure and Application teams to onboard assets and troubleshoot access-related issues.
• You’ll contribute to process improvements, maintain SOP documentation, and support security incident response activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM and Information Security
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory permissions, identity lifecycle management, and access controls.
• Hands-on experience with IAM or PAM solutions, SSO, MFA, and authentication protocols.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
