Reporting to the CANEX Services and Support Manager, the CANEX Services Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative services to the CANEX HQ team. This role contributes to operational activities by performing tasks such as data entry and compilation, preparing reports and spreadsheets, and maintaining electronic reporting forms. Responsibilities also include overseeing and monitoring general administrative email inboxes and assisting with travel claim processes.
In addition, the Administrative Assistant supports financial administration by preparing, processing and monitoring financial documents and transactions. The role works closely with team members across the division, helping coordinate operational requirements and streamline administrative processes to support effective service delivery.
This position is ideal for a resourceful, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, organized environment and works well within a collaborative administrative team. Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Automated Office Systems, or a related field AND some years of experience in a related field

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
