Within the Consumer, Registry, and Strategic Services Division of Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction, the Consumer Services Branch is responsible for the administration of the Condominium Property Act and the Condominium Registry which establishes a centralize portal to simplify access and filing of key condominium information.
The Compliance and Systems Analyst supports the operational, technology, and legislative responsibilities administered by Consumer Programs, including under the Condominium Property Act. The Analyst provides technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, and operational administration to support statute administration, including ensuring that condominium corporations and members of the public can reliably access, update, and meet legislative requirements.
The Analyst will also serve as operational liaison between the Consumer Programs and the Condominium Dispute Tribunal. They will participate in meetings with stakeholders and other government bodies and coordinate with Finance and condominium corporations regarding payments, refunds, and financial adjustments and respond to escalations requiring cross-ministry clarification and coordination.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm (36.25/week).

Location: Commerce Place Building, 10155 – 102 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 4G8.
