In this role, the successful candidate will proactively engage with peers in the quality team, Distribution, and business teams, drive customer first projects to enhance customer satisfaction. A typical day: Participates and maintains a quality culture Performs quality defect trend analysis & root cause analysis Participate & Lead Quality improvement projects Manage customer quality complaints using 3M Quality systems Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries Adapts differing techniques to develop solutions for complex issues Interprets policies and regulations, investigates problems to identify solutions Asist during internal, external and customer audits. Successful candidates will have: Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in quality, operations or related field. 2+ years of experience in quality and operations will be preferred.
