Key Responsibilities
Design and build production-grade MLOps libraries and frameworks that support the full model development and deployment lifecycle, from experimentation through production.
Design, build, and manage Copilot Studio agents, plugins, and orchestration workflows that integrate ML models and enterprise data.
Translate data scientists’ code into scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant implementations, optimizing runtimes and operational stability.
Establish standardized patterns and reusable components for model training, packaging, deployment, and monitoring.
Proactively contribute to improving model monitoring, observability, and operational readiness in production environments.
KEY Skills and Education:
7+ years of experience with Python and SQL, and associated toolkits
4+ years in developing production‑grade machine learning, artificial intelligence, and agentic AI systems, preferably within financial services and banking.
Experience designing and implementing agentic solutions using Copilot Studio or equivalent platforms
4+ years in MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, and developing/extending MLOps frameworks and libraries to support the full model development lifecycle
Clear, concise communication skills, capable of tailoring complex technical content to diverse audiences and ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to approach ambiguous or novel situations creatively and effectively.
Effective collaboration and teamwork, with a focus on cross‑functional and cross‑group partnership to drive enterprise‑level outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
