Job Posting: Security Officer – Dispatcher Position, Oromocto, NB

Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire mature and responsible team members for multiple Dispatch roles at 5 CDSB Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick.

Locations: Oromocto, NB

Hours: 24/7, 12-hour shifts

Rate of Pay: $21.64 per hour

Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits, Life Insurance and AD&D plans

The Role: The Dispatcher is responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls and demonstrate good judgment to make informed decisions quickly to dispatch the correct response personal.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Ability to focus and comprehend information quickly
  • Strong reasoning and communication skills
  • A calm, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
  • Customer service experience
  • Organizational and Technology skills

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in addressing uncertain situations
  • Process information quickly and accurately

The ability to communicate in both official languages (French and English) and Designated Veteran Status are both assets.
