NB&PEI Division is looking to hire responsible team members for a security
officer role at 5 CDSB Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick.
Location: Oromocto, NB
Hours: One week working (68 hours)/ one
week off- overnight and weekend Shifts

The
Role: The
Overnight/Weekend Security Officer is responsible to enforce established rules
and regulations to ensure the protection of people, property, and information.
Assigned duties include a combination of static and roving patrols.
We are
seeking candidates with:
· -Physical
fitness to perform interior and exterior rounds (including stairs) in all types
of environmental conditions - may also require standing, sitting and driving
for extended periods of time
· -Strong
communication and dispute resolution skills
· -A
positive, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
· -Customer
service experience
· -Valid
Driver’s License
· -Clean
Criminal Record Check
The
successful candidate must be able to:
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality
-Demonstrate sound judgement in addressing conflict situations
· -Able to get an enhanced Security Clearance
Designated
Veteran Status is an asset but not a requirement.
