Identification Technician Moncton NB (Temporary six-month position)

Commissionaires NBPEI Division is seeking a mature and responsible team member in Moncton, NB to work in our Regional Office.

Hours: Full-time, 8am to 4pm Weekdays

Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits, Life Insurance/AD&D and EFAP

The Role

The Identification Technician is responsible to organize and coordinate bookings for Identification Services and perform CPIC, digital fingerprinting and other related ident services.

Responsibilities

  • Point person for all identification services
  • Organize and schedule appointments, support clients with ident questions and needs
  • Perform criminal record checks, digital fingerprint and, as required, ink and roll fingerprints
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Reconcile daily sales and complete related reports
  • Perform review and analysis of ident/report as required
  • Coordinate with Head Office for all ident equipment

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (French/English) Communicate effectively in both official languages
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new technology
  • Must have or be able to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
