Position Summary:

As a Bilingual Casual/Spare Security Officer, you will provide safety and security services on an as-needed basis. You must be fully fluent in both French and English to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and the public in various settings. This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible hours while maintaining a professional presence in a critical role.

Requirements:

• Physically fit to perform interior and exterior rounds (including stairs) - stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time and to respond to emergency situations
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
• Customer service experience
• Ability to obtain Security Clearances
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace

The successful candidate must be able to:

• Maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Demonstrate sound judgement in addressing conflict situations
• Respond to emergency situations
