About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading Canadian retail organization, is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation. As an Associate Product Manager supporting Product Content Management, you will help launch a next generation platform designed to dramatically reduce manual product onboarding steps and move toward a 24 hour go to market timeline across digital channels.

You will work closely with product leaders, IT squads, and third party system integrators in a highly collaborative, Agile environment. This is a people first team that values curiosity, cross functional partnership, and a customer focused mindset. Your work will directly impact how products come to life online and how customers experience them.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the development and implementation of a new Product Content Management platform, helping reduce manual processes and enable automation.
• In this role, you’ll gather and document business requirements using SAFe Agile practices, partnering closely with IT and third party delivery teams.
• You’ll act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical squads, surfacing risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• You’ll prioritize feature enhancements and support sprint planning to align digital content capabilities with business goals.
• You’ll develop training materials, guide SMEs through new tools and processes, and support change management during rollout.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management or business analysis
• Hands on experience working in Agile and SAFe environments
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions, present confidently, and call out risks or blockers
• Experience optimizing eCommerce or digital customer experiences, retail experience is an asset
• Proficiency in requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
