Working in a specialized outpatient setting, you will play a key role in ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and guided throughout their clinical journey.
You will collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital departments to keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll manage patient appointment scheduling and maintain an organized clinic calendar
In this role, you’ll support administrative operations including billing, record maintenance, and EMR updates
You’ll triage patient inquiries and relay key information to physicians with accuracy and discretion
You’ll coordinate communication across departments, patients, and clinical stakeholders
You’ll assist with general clinic administration such as meeting coordination, fax management, and documentation
You’ll uphold strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive patient information
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably within a hospital or clinical setting
Post-secondary education
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems, Accuro experience is an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
