About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare services sector, is seeking a Health Contract Coordinator to support critical contract delivery across multiple client programs. This role sits at the heart of operations, ensuring healthcare professionals are scheduled, credentialed, and supported so services are delivered seamlessly.
Working closely with Operations Managers and Contract Managers, you will be a key connector across teams including billing, HR, and contract administration. Your coordination and attention to detail will directly impact program success, compliance, and the quality of care delivered to communities.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll coordinate customer task authorizations from intake to submission, ensuring documentation is tracked, reviewed, and reported accurately.
In this role, you’ll manage scheduling and shift assignments, balancing contract priorities, resource availability, and cost considerations.
You’ll monitor credentials and security clearances, maintaining compliance within internal databases and collecting required onboarding documentation.
You’ll liaise with billing, HR, and contract administration teams to support invoicing, reporting, and documentation workflows.
You’ll facilitate travel arrangements for healthcare professionals, acting as the primary point of contact for adjustments or disruptions.
You’ll support software tools and systems, including user management, quality assurance, and routine maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or contract coordination
College diploma or university degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience working with contracts and detailed scheduling or process plans
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized information systems
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, French is an asset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
