Agilus is recruiting for a Sales Administrator in the Metals Sector in Burlington, Ontario. Total rewards: $55000.00 - $65000.00 annually Hybrid work model: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home 2 weeks of paid vacation to rest and recharge. Bonus opportunity of up to 5%, rewarding strong personal performance. Comprehensive benefits after 3 months of employment 4% RSP/Pension match after 3 months to support long-term financial wellness. 5 paid sick days plus 3 wellness/flex days to support health, balance, and personal needs. Work with a tenured team that values collaboration and treats you like family A typical day: Support Sales and Spare Parts with daily administrative tasks. Enter and process orders, quotes, and data into internal systems. Format and proofread proposals, documents, and client materials. Create and clean up PowerPoint presentations as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements through the company travel agent. Handle general admin tasks like follow-ups, scheduling support, and organizing files. Check in with team members to take admin tasks off their plate. Assist with small ISO documentation or process-support tasks when required. Successful candidates will have: Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction. Strong communication skills and good attention to detail. Post-secondary education or office experience is an asset but not required. Comfortable supporting both Sales and Spare Parts teams with various admin tasks. Chinese language skills considered an asset This posting is for an active opening. We want to connect with you!
