We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Project Manager who can operate independently with minimal oversight and confidently lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Mississauga in a hybrid work environment in Toront, Ontario. This role requires a well-rounded delivery professional with experience in large enterprise environments such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, or similarly structured organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-oriented, and brings strong financial acumen alongside exceptional stakeholder communication skills. A typical day: Lead multiple concurrent projects (e.g., Digital Transformation, Data initiatives, Payments, and enterprise programs) from inception to completion Drive accountability and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Create detailed project schedules and implementation plans, ensuring strategic alignment. Build and manage project budgets and financial tracking Establish and lead cross-functional project teams Contribute to the Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCoE) by sharing best practices and mentoring peers. Prepare executive-level presentations and materials tailored to C-suite audiences Successful candidates will have: Technical Aptitude with Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Strong familiarity with modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT), Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams 10+ years of relevant project management experience in the IT sector, including leadership roles. Well-Rounded Delivery Experience with Proven end-to-end project delivery experience, Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline, Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience leading Data Migration, Data Transformation, ERP Implementation, or Digital Transformation projects.
