High volume of onboardings and terminations, ROE Validate timesheets, imports, and job cost allocations; reconcile hours, premiums, shift differentials, banked overtime, and allowances Hands-on manual payroll experience, weekly payroll, hourly and salary Review and post payroll journals; reconcile payroll accounts to GL; support month-end/quarter-end close. Successful candidates will have: 5 – 7 years of payroll experience post PCP designation Working knowledge of Vista payroll module within Canadian space Proven experience with high volume of payroll (1500+) PCP designation SOX compliance working knowledge This posting is for an active opening.
