We are excited to be growing our IT Services, Private & Broader Public Sector Staffing Division and are seeking two relationship-driven IT Recruitment Partners to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT recruitment professional who is passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering top-tier talent solutions. In this role, you will focus on developing and nurturing loyal candidate networks while identifying and recruiting qualified mid-to-senior level IT professionals across a diverse range of industries, including the Broader Public Sector. Beyond this, what’s important in joining our team is that you bring your “A game” every day with a growth-mindset, operating ethically and consultatively, while contributing to our company culture and to the community at large.
This role will rely on your instincts to understand our clients’ roles and requirements, and our candidates’ career objectives, qualifications and skills. It will call on your superb customer service skills to bring all parties together and to treat others with respect and care. This position requires strong recruitment skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation.
