Agilus is recruiting for a Jr. Delivery Manager in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. A leading enterprise technology organization is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support its Technology team. This role is ideal for a junior to intermediate level project professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys coordinating initiatives, building executive presentations, and supporting cross functional collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, structured reporting, and well executed planning events across the technology department. A typical day: • Create professional, polished decks for executive and stakeholder communications • Coordinate biweekly and monthly reporting cycles • Ensure consistency and clarity across all reporting materials • Coordinate senior leadership meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow up • Support town halls, all hands meetings, and quarterly planning sessions • Assist with Program Increment and roadmap planning logistics • Draft and distribute internal technology communications and newsletters • Track deliverables, timelines, and key metrics across initiatives Successful candidates will have: • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation building skills • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment • Exposure to Agile delivery environments is an asset • Previous experience within a technology organization is an asset Total rewards: $35.00 - $45.00 hourly Soft skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills This posting is for an active opening.
