Location: Fully remote anywhere in the GTA.
Duration: Starting as soon as possible until December 2026, with potential extension.
Background Check Requirement: Background check required prior to hiring
Pay Rate: $25/hour - $28/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-8pm (rotating shifts)

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll respond to inquiries related to vehicle purchases, lease-end quotes, title and ownership, and dealer service loaner processes.
  • In this role, you’ll monitor dealer sales channels and support inquiries across various direct and pre-owned vehicle programs.
  • You will investigate vehicle status changes and identify patterns, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
  • Manage email queues and support channels for dealer partners using direct sales platforms, ensuring timely communication.
  • You’ll issue and follow up on manual dealer payoff quotes, including handling any shortages when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between dealers and internal field teams, ensuring timely grounding and processing of vehicles.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and hold vendors accountable for the timely fulfillment of remarketing-related services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Must have experience in the Banking/Financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient with computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
  • Ability to integrate people, processes, or systems effectively.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • College diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
