Working closely with Senior Managers, the Analyst is responsible for the timely progression of tasks related to supporting Data & AI operations including vendor coordination, approvals, and invoice management. This role also supports workforce management task and onboarding of new hires to ensure a seamless experience. As a strategic operations partner, the Analyst coordinates activities across multiple internal teams, works and gathers inputs from stakeholders, and ensures processes advance efficiently. This role further ensures that all strategies, plans, and initiatives align with regulatory standards, financial controls, and internal policies.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to support contract negotiations, renewals, hiring pipeline management, and budget alignment.
  • Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date invoice tracking repository.
  • Update invoice records with project details, payment status, and supporting documentation.
  • Design and develop reporting dashboards and maintenance of SharePoint sites
  • Support with hiring strategy and planning
  • Support and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes for both full‑time employees and contractors.
  • Support technology teams with equipment provisioning during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinates Data & AI initiatives e.g. Bank‑wide hackathons and related activities.
  • Support internal audits, compliance activities, and workforce optimization efforts by delivering accurate and timely data.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and generate insights that inform strategic and operational decisionmaking.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s / College degree in business, finance, or technology
  • 4yrs+ of professional experience across Project Management, Finance, Administrative, Operations, Contract Management, and Strategy within a technology-driven organization 
  • Strong communicator with a proven track record of clearly presenting insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, adept at tailoring messaging and delivery to suit different audiences 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Technology leadership, and business teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative in driving technology optimization and operational improvements.
  • Experience in event planning, employee engagement, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a bias toward action, capable of navigating complex, large-scale organizations and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships; experienced in stakeholder engagement within matrixed environments 
  • Highly curious and eager to learn, bringing an adaptable and creative mindset to problem-solving
