A day in the life: Manage restoration projects from mitigation to completion, develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure quality, safety, and IICRC compliance Act as primary liaison for clients and insurance adjusters, provide timely project updates, manage insurance documentation and estimates using industry software, and maintain strong customer relationships in line with the company's procedures. Prepare accurate estimates and job costing, manage budgets and expenses, approve invoices, and ensure timely emergency and repair invoicing for insurance claim processing. Supervise technicians and subcontractors, provide clear direction and work orders, enforce company policies, and ensure quality, efficiency, and professional job execution. Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, IICRC standards, and company's procedures while proactively managing quality and timelines. Maintain accurate project records, update tracking systems, provide timely management updates, and complete same-day file audits. Must have: Must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the restoration industry Certificate in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) is a preference Hands-on experience with emergency response and repair files Proficient in using and interpreting Xactimate for estimates Excellent communication and customer service skills.
