About the Opportunity

You’ll work closely with leadership, HR colleagues, and external advisors to ensure policies align with legislation, best practices, and organizational values. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a non-profit, faith-based environment that prioritizes integrity, respect, and procedural fairness.
As the HR Policy & Complaints Advisor, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for sensitive workplace issues, supporting employees and leaders with discretion and sound judgment. You’ll balance policy development with investigative work, helping the organization navigate complex situations while maintaining compliance and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
