You will be the central point of connection between clients, sales, and internal teams, ensuring every order, inquiry, and interaction is handled with precision and care.

Working within a creative, fast-paced environment in the design and manufacturing sector, this role blends client service excellence with operational rigor. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales partners, and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in shaping how the organization delivers an exceptional, high-touch client experience as it scales across North America.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll act as the primary hub for client orders, managing high-volume inquiries, order entry, and fulfillment from start to finish.
  • In this role, you’ll maintain a zero-inbox approach, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses across all client communications.
  • You’ll support sales operations by creating opportunities, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records within CRM and financial systems.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams to coordinate stock checks, timelines, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • You’ll identify opportunities to streamline workflows and contribute to system integrations that improve efficiency and service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in client relations, order management, or operations within a luxury, design, or B2B environment
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and order or inventory systems
  • Strong administrative discipline, with the ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and client-first mindset
  • Self-starter mentality with comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
