Inside Sales Representative
Location: On-site, Ottawa, Ontario, 5 days per week

Your Responsibilities
You’ll be the welcoming voice for inbound customer inquiries, providing thoughtful and professional service from first contact to order completion.
In this role, you’ll support inside sales activities, leveraging strong repeat business and referral relationships.
You’ll collaborate closely with production and administrative teams to ensure orders are accurate and delivered smoothly.
You’ll use Adobe Suite tools at a junior designer level to manipulate and prepare customer files.
You’ll build strong working relationships with a diverse customer base, including occasional walk-in clients.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, with the ability to edit and manipulate files.
A customer-focused mindset with a pleasant, professional approach.
Interest in creative work or the textile and apparel industry.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
