About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a senior, high-impact procurement role within a fast-growing, digital-first organization operating in the technology and online services space. You will play a central role in shaping how procurement enables the business, balancing commercial rigor with speed, transparency, and collaboration.

Working closely with partners across Technology, Product, Marketing, People, Legal, Finance, and Facilities, you will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on leader. Your work will directly influence how teams source, contract, and manage suppliers, while supporting long-term value creation, risk mitigation, and sustainable sourcing practices across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll own and evolve category strategies across key indirect spend areas such as IT and SaaS, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  • You’ll lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, negotiations, and award recommendations.
  • You’ll negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and contracts while ensuring governance and compliance standards are met.
  • You’ll build strong supplier relationships, driving performance reviews, renewals, and issue resolution.
  • You’ll improve procurement processes and tools to enhance the purchase-to-pay experience and user adoption.
  • You’ll deliver spend insights, cost optimization initiatives, and value tracking in partnership with Finance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or sourcing within a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing indirect categories such as IT and SaaS, Marketing, or Professional Services.
  • Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills, including SLAs, data protection, and IP considerations.
  • Hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools, contract management systems, and spend analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
