About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support seasonal and event-based programs within a large, complex retail organization operating at national scale. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products move efficiently from vendor to distribution centre to store, helping teams deliver the right inventory at the right time.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners including category management, global procurement, distribution centres, and external vendors. Your contributions will directly impact inventory accuracy, product availability, and the success of high-visibility programs, making this a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

What’s in it for You

You’ll gain hands-on experience within a sophisticated supply chain environment that values precision, accountability, and collaboration. This role offers exposure to end-to-end logistics and inventory processes, opportunities to strengthen your analytical and systems skills, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals who support learning and continuous improvement. The hybrid structure provides balance while maintaining strong in-person collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll develop, prepare, and monitor event import and replenishment purchase orders, including container plans, customs clearance, and seasonal schedules.
  • In this role, you’ll issue inbound purchase orders and adjust store orders to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
  • You’ll monitor shipment status and event tracking reports, acting as a liaison between internal teams, distribution centres, and vendors.
  • You’ll review distribution centre activity using inventory systems, preparing status, adjustment, and no-ship reports as required.
  • You’ll prepare and review invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals before submitting for payment.
  • You’ll analyze excess seasonal inventory, support inventory accuracy targets, and coordinate redistribution to stores.
  • You’ll compile data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including reviewing store-submitted claims.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of supply chain, logistics, or related analytical experience
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and inventory management tools
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting
  • Clear, professional communication skills and sound judgment when resolving issues
