Our client is undertaking a large-scale modernization and enhancement of its enterprise asset and work management platforms and is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Developer / Technical Lead to play a key role in delivery. This is a hands-on, senior-level role supporting complex implementations, upgrades, integrations, and long-term platform sustainability across a highly integrated enterprise environment.
You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to design, build, and support scalable Maximo solutions while providing leadership and technical direction throughout the full software development life cycle.
Opportunity to lead and influence enterprise-scale IBM Maximo implementations
Exposure to modern Maximo technologies including MAS and Maximo Mobile
Work within a complex, highly integrated environment with long-term program visibility
Collaborative delivery environment with strong technical ownership
Lead the design, development, upgrade, and full life-cycle implementation of IBM Maximo solutions
Provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring best practices and SDLC alignment
Support system migrations, upgrades, testing cycles, and major go-live activities
Design and advise on enterprise integrations, automation frameworks, and cloud-based solutions
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Maximo-based solutions
Oversee data conversion, mapping, migration, and validation activities
Participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring solution quality
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to drive alignment and resolve technical challenges
12+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing IBM Maximo solutions
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x
Proven leadership experience delivering large-scale Maximo implementations and upgrades
Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, automation, and cloud technologies
Demonstrated experience across full SDLC, including testing and post-implementation support
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
