Our client, a respected public-sector organization, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to support the delivery of complex, stakeholder-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior or lead-level Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and change.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, helping translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes. Your work will directly support organizational effectiveness, service delivery, and change initiatives that have meaningful impact across the organization.

You’ll independently organize and prioritize a high-volume workload to meet deadlines in a changing environment
In this role, you’ll lead business analysis activities, coordinating tasks and providing direction to key stakeholders
You’ll analyze and document business problems and design practical solutions using established process improvement methodologies
You’ll gather and translate business and non-functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
You’ll prepare and present complex information clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences
You’ll support change initiatives and help manage change across diverse stakeholder groups
7+ years of experience in progressive Business Analyst roles, including lead-level responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and facilitate effectively
Proven experience creating business analysis deliverables such as process maps, project plans, and change management plans
Solid working knowledge of project management principles and techniques
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and Visio
