Your Responsibilities

• You’ll independently organize and prioritize a high-volume workload to meet deadlines in a changing environment

• In this role, you’ll lead business analysis activities, coordinating tasks and providing direction to key stakeholders

• You’ll analyze and document business problems and design practical solutions using established process improvement methodologies

• You’ll gather and translate business and non-functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

• You’ll prepare and present complex information clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences

• You’ll support change initiatives and help manage change across diverse stakeholder groups

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in progressive Business Analyst roles, including lead-level responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and facilitate effectively

• Proven experience creating business analysis deliverables such as process maps, project plans, and change management plans

• Solid working knowledge of project management principles and techniques

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and Visio
