GardaWorld is recruiting dispatchers for a university environment in downtown Montreal. As a dispatcher, your vigilance and ability to react quickly will make all the difference: you will coordinate priorities and deploy agents in the field to manage various situations on campus.
In order to get to know the premises like the back of your hand, you will complete approximately 120 hours of patrols, an essential experience for fully understanding the reality of your team's work. You will know exactly how long it takes to get from point A to point B, making you a reference and a pillar of support for the officers you dispatch.
Salary starting at $23.49/hour, depending on the pay scale in place
40 hours guaranteed each week

Answer and handle emergency calls
Dispatch calls to patrol officers and supervisors
Monitor and analyze security cameras
Provide high-level customer service in French and English
Supervise and direct patrol officers and supervisors in the field
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid security guard license (BSP) required
Valid first aid certificate
Minimum of one year of security experience, including relevant experience in patrol or dispatch
Excellent command of French and English (bilingualism required)
Flexible availability according to operational needs
