Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Manager - Supply Chain in the Medical Industry in Burlington, Ontario. We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, lead internal teams, and manage relationships with our 3PL partners to ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-effective distribution. This is a one year contract position A typical day: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners, ensuring strong communication and alignment on service expectations. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees to foster a high-performance culture. Oversee cycle counts, root-cause investigations, and inventory reconciliation between internal systems and 3PL records. Ensure the warehouse meets all health, safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g., WHMIS). rack KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership. Successful candidates will have: 3–5+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience (3PL experience strongly preferred). Bachelors degree Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory controls, and WMS software. Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and maintain accountability.
