Lead Environmental Stewardship in Pipeline Integrity – Senior Advisor Opportunity in Calgary! Agilus is recruiting for an Environmental Advisor in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta. Join a leading energy organization as a Senior Environmental Advisor specializing in post-construction monitoring for pipeline integrity and reclamation programs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring environmental compliance, managing contractors, and collaborating with regulatory agencies, Indigenous groups, and internal teams to uphold sustainability and corporate standards. Total rewards: $70.00 - $83.00 hourly Competitive hourly rate: $70–$73/hr (T4) or $80–$83/hr (Incorporated) 1-year contract starting February 2026 Calgary-based role with potential for fieldwork Opportunity to work on high-impact environmental projects Collaborative and inclusive work environment Professional growth in energy and environmental compliance Exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and regulatory agencies Chance to influence sustainability practices in major projects Responsibilities: Implement post-construction monitoring for pipeline integrity and reclamation programs Develop and execute land conservation and reclamation strategies Oversee contractors and consultants during monitoring activities Ensure compliance with environmental commitments and corporate policies Prepare and review regulatory submissions and reports Conduct in-depth field assessments and implement corrective measures Maintain tracking and mapping databases for monitoring activities Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues Requirements: Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field 7+ years of experience in environmental monitoring and reclamation Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes Proven ability to manage contractors and field teams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to analyze technical soil and vegetation data Experience with pipeline integrity or energy sector projects preferred Proficiency in environmental tracking and mapping tools This posting is for an active opening.
