Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days on-site) (Anchor days, Mondays and Thursdays)
Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
Duration: Permanent Full-Time
Background Check Requirement: A background check is required for this position.
Salary: $68,000 + full benefits.
Start Date: March 16th


About the Opportunity

In the role of Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will serve as the key point of contact for existing individual insurance clients while also supporting new client acquisitions. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by connecting clients to tailored solutions that truly meet their needs. Your Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential and existing individual insurance clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Leverage your understanding of individual insurance practices to promote benefits and increase client engagement.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions with your direct line manager to guide your professional development.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and telephony logging activities to support ongoing analytics.
  • Capture and provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Valid LLQP, for a minimum of 2 years+.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with insurance methodologies and industry compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated accountability and a strong sense of responsiveness in high-volume environments.
