About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing organization within the real estate and property services space, is evolving how they approach leasing performance and revenue generation. As their portfolio expands, they are introducing a newly scoped Leasing Manager role designed to bring focus, energy, and accountability to leasing outcomes across their assets.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a true sales leader. You will work closely with internal teams, external property management partners, and marketing stakeholders to drive occupancy, reduce vacancy, and elevate leasing performance. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives on targets, momentum, and measurable results.

You’ll lead leasing strategy and execution across a residential portfolio, driving occupancy and revenue performance
In this role, you’ll actively sell units through outbound outreach, cold calling, and sales-focused lease-up strategies
You’ll oversee and challenge external property management partners to meet leasing and service standards
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns, lead flow, and conversion strategies
You’ll track leasing KPIs, maintain dashboards, and adjust tactics based on performance data
You’ll step in during high-vacancy or turnaround scenarios to restore leasing momentum
3–5+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or revenue-driven roles, with leadership exposure considered an asset
Proven success in high-volume or aggressive sales environments, including cold calling
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link leasing activity to revenue outcomes
Confident communicator who can influence partners and motivate performance
Highly driven, resilient, and energized by targets and accountability
Real estate experience is valued, but standout sales talent from other industries is welcome
