The Senior Manager, HR Technology Product Enablement will lead the design and delivery of a consistent, seamless employee experience by optimizing HR systems and tools. The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic partner at the center of Global Human Resources (GHR), guiding the prioritization and implementation of technology initiatives, while championing HR technology transformation by bringing forward external insights, best practices, and innovation. The Senior Manager will be co-leading the development and execution of multiple strategic roadmaps that advance organizational effectiveness.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Identify and support Global HR’s future technology needs and advise/conult on how new technological capabilities can help Global HR meet its strategic priorities and evolving business objectives. ​
  • Partner on the HR Tech roadmap and strategy and play a strategic role in facilitating and prioritizing Global HR (GHR) technology needs​.
  • Support new and emerging technology acquisition, onboarding and deployment globally.
  • Brings external insights, industry leading practices, and helps manage multiple strategic roadmaps. ​
  • Provide technology thought leadership and consultative advisory services to ensure the right technology solutions are being purchased, implemented, and enhanced, and that align to the Global HR Technology Roadmap, avoiding the introduction of technology currency debt. ​
  • Partner across Global HR and Global IT to develop roadmaps/plans to improve the employee digital experience and the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function through HR systems and tools and meet other business needs.
  • Develop strong internal and external networks to maintain knowledge of leading trends and best practices for HR technology and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Bank.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Post-secondary Degree in Human Resources,Technology, Business or related field
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and systems that enable them; specific platforms such as SAP and Successfactors   
  • Extensive experience managing and implementing HR technologies across multiple domains such as Talent, Core HR, Compensation, Case and Knowledge Management, Data Management
  • Strong capability in product ownership and technology solutions for HR
  • Excellent analytical, design thinking and strategic probelm solving skills
  • Ability to cultivate networks and relationships
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Fluency in Spanish is an asset
