You are:

You will be an innovator supporting the next generation retail ERP ecosystem that touches every part of the business—from master data and vendor management to replenishment, inventory, supply chain, and financial insights. You’ll work at the heart of a fully connected landscape, integrating seamlessly with cutting edge systems like POS, WMS, CMS, and eCommerce. This is your opportunity to design solutions that drive real impact, fuel operational excellence, and elevate the retail experience end-to-end.

The work:

  • Design and govern the end‑to‑end SAP S/4 Retail solution across finance, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution, ensuring alignment with SAP fit‑to‑standard.

  • Lead client workshops to assess the current ecosystem and define scalable, integrated solutions.

  • Partner with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, and Functional Leads to ensure seamless cross‑process integration and alignment to business requirements.

  • Deliver end‑to‑end processes and solutions that meet approved business requirements, from Design through Program Increments.

  • Own configuration and build activities within assigned functional scope areas.

  • Collaborate with legacy IT teams on system remediation, development, and integration activities.

  • Support testing, data conversion, business simulation, and deployment planning to ensure a smooth implementation across all phases.

  • Manage deliverable quality, timelines, and cross‑team coordination to drive consistent and successful outcomes.

  • Provide retail consulting expertise, process governance, and end‑to‑end business process leadership throughout the program lifecycle.
