It is a workplace that values accountability, empathy, and a strong sense of shared purpose.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage front-desk reception, greeting patients, visitors, and suppliers with professionalism and care.
  • In this role, you’ll answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and ensure urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  • You’ll coordinate patient appointments, confirmations, referrals, and counseling bookings.
  • You’ll enter new patients into clinical systems and assemble and maintain accurate patient charts.
  • You’ll support daily clinical operations by preparing sign-up sheets, procedure labels, and sorting lab reports.
  • You’ll handle administrative workflows including mail, faxes, courier deliveries, billing, and office supply inventory.
  • You’ll participate in training new staff and contribute to a supportive team environment.

  • Proven ability to multitask, assess urgency, and remain calm under pressure.
  • A self-directed, compassionate professional who works well in a team-based environment.

Note from the Hiring Manager
