You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments within a private sector organization, helping ensure information flows accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail will support time-sensitive documentation and administrative processes, playing a key role in maintaining trust, compliance, and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll prepare and assemble documentation packages to support purchase, sales, and financing processes.
  • In this role, you’ll manage paperwork related to registrations, leases, and title transfers with a high level of accuracy.
  • You’ll complete data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and internal databases.
  • You’ll use Excel spreadsheets to organize information, track details, and generate basic reports.
  • You’ll support general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
  • You’ll collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth communication and daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Post-secondary education is mandatory
  • Previous mailroom or document-handling experience is considered a strong asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities
  • Clear communication skills and a dependable, professional work style
