Wir sind die deutsche Tochter eines weltweit führenden Anbieters von Simulations- und Ausbildungstechnik für Piloten und fliegendes Personal. Zur Verstärkung unseres Bid & Proposal-Teams am Standort Stolberg (Deutschland), alternativ Montreal (Kanada) suchen wir einen:

Senior Bid and Proposal Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erfassen und Analysieren von Kundenforderungen sowie Projektrisiken
  • Entwicklung der Angebotsstrategie (Richtkosten, technische & programmatische Lösungen, Vorgehensweise zur Angebotserstellung, etc.)
  • Serviceorientierte Abstimmung und Kooperation mit Auftraggebern sowie anderen konzerninternen Fachabteilungen
  • Ausarbeitung von Kosten- und Preisstrategien sowie Risikoanalysen im Rahmen des Bidmanagements
  • Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse, Tools und Vorlagen zur Angebotserstellung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen/Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare (technische) Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bid & Proposal Management, Business Development oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und prozessaffine Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Erfahrungen in komplexen Ausschreibungsprozessen mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

To strengthen our Bid & Proposal team at our Stolberg location (Germany), alternatively Montreal (Canada), we are looking for a:

Senior Bid and Proposal Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Identifying and analyzing customer requirements and project risks
  • Developing the proposal strategy (target costs, technical and programmatic solutions, proposal preparation process, etc.)
  • Service-oriented coordination and collaboration with clients and other internal departments
  • Developing cost and pricing strategies and risk analyses within the framework of bid management
  • Further developing processes, tools, and templates for proposal preparation

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in engineering/business administration or a comparable (technical) qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in bid & proposal management, business development, or a similar field
  • Structured and process-oriented work style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Experience in complex tendering processes with public sector clients is an advantage
  • Fluent English skills
