Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead (Official name: Software Engineering – Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer)
Location: 100% Remote in Canada
Job Type: Contract, full-time hours, from February 9, 2026 to April 30, 2026, possibility of extension.
Language: English required, French an asset
Compensation: Estimated Rate Range, $80–$120/hour inc, based on experience and scope

About the Opportunity
Join a high-impact team that is modernizing payroll operations using Oracle HCM Cloud. In this role, you will be the onshore lead guiding configuration, release activities, and cross-functional collaboration that keeps payroll accurate and on time.
You will partner closely with technical and business teams in a large enterprise environment, shaping decisions that affect thousands of end users. Your expertise will drive stability, performance, and a smooth release cadence from now through April 30, 2026, with potential extension.

Your Responsibilities
• You will lead configuration and support for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• You will mentor and guide team members, building capability and consistent delivery.
• You will own best practices for configuration, testing, and release management.
• You will facilitate cross-functional sessions to gather requirements and align priorities.
• You will monitor performance, triage issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience, including implementation and production support.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and client management skills.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, testing cycles, and release management.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable payroll solutions and training.
