About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join a leading technology and imaging company in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of marketing operations, helping to grow brand awareness and drive engagement across the Canadian market. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of marketing professionals, contributing to campaigns, events, content creation, and research that make a tangible impact on the company’s success.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
  • You’ll create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to grow audience engagement and reach.
  • You’ll coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations to enhance brand presence.
  • You’ll assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and promotional tools for sales support.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • You’ll conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential growth areas.
  • You’ll support email marketing campaigns and maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and customer records.
  • You’ll monitor campaign performance and social media metrics, providing regular reporting insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, imaging, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including web, social, print, retail, and events.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience creating digital content such as videos, banners, or articles; familiarity with graphic design principles.
  • Knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere; Final Cut Pro; DaVinci Resolve).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and technical skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including possible overnight or international trips.
  • College diploma or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Preferred: experience in the technology or imaging sector and familiarity with current photography and video trends.
