Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, you’ll collaborate closely with finance and administrative colleagues in a values-driven, mission-focused environment. Your work will directly support sound financial decision-making and smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to a workplace that values inclusion, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll prepare and reconcile investment accounts, including cash and portfolio balances.
In this role, you’ll input and maintain monthly investment trading transactions and continuity reports.
You’ll manage general ledger postings, donation records, and financial data inputs.
You’ll oversee accounts payable and receivable, including cheque processing and reconciliations.
You’ll assist with bank and credit card reconciliations and support internal and external audits.
You’ll contribute to quarterly and year-end financial and investment reporting.
You’ll support administrative processes, including contract recordkeeping and office operations.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in investment accounting and portfolio analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with Sage 50 and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
