Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Business Analyst to support critical IT infrastructure projects that keep complex organizations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of business needs and technical delivery, helping ensure infrastructure initiatives are well-governed, clearly communicated, and successfully implemented.
You’ll collaborate closely with infrastructure, operations, security, and service management teams within a large, enterprise IT environment. Your work will directly support stability, risk management, and continuous improvement across core technology services, making a real impact on how teams plan, deliver, and manage change.

You’ll elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for infrastructure projects and initiatives.
In this role, you’ll translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams.
You’ll support planning, tracking, and execution of infrastructure initiatives, including scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
You’ll manage ITSM and change activities in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with ITIL governance processes.
You’ll coordinate and participate in Change Advisory Board meetings, supporting approvals and stakeholder readiness.
You’ll create reports, dashboards, and documentation to track KPIs, SLAs, change success rates, and project health.
You’ll act as a central point of coordination, clearly communicating changes, risks, and impacts across teams.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT infrastructure, operations, or service management environments.
Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts including servers, networks, cloud, storage, and security.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Solid knowledge of ITIL and ITSM change management processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, including dashboard updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to have experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and enterprise or regulated environments.
