This is 3 week contract with a chance of extension What's in it for you: $28.21 hourly Contract duration: 3 weeks with chance of extension Location: SW Calgary Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, full-time in-office Full time hours: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week Responsibilities: Providing customer service to residents and future residents Answering the phones and managing the inbox Setting up appointments and viewings Conducting viewings Welcoming new residents and helping with their orientation Running marketing and sales reports Following up on sales leads and handling negotiations with leases when needed Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in administration, real estate, hospitality, customer service, or sales Fluent with MS Office and Yardi Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to pass a background check and provide a reference contact Hands-on suite leasing experience is required This posting is for an active opening.
