Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the manufacturing in Concord, Ontario. The administrative Assistant will provide organizational, clerical, and communication support to help ensure smooth daily office operations. Total rewards: $55000.00 - $65000.00 annually Permanent position Full benefits after 3 months Car expenses reimbursed for km biweekly 2 weeks vacation Location: Vaughan Monday to Friday in office - 8 – 4:30, 30 min lunch A typical day: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and set up appointments Handle incoming phone calls and emails Greet visitors, receive, sort, and prepare outgoing mail and packages Order office supplies, manage inventory levels, and coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking Run errands such as banking, post office visits, supply pickups, or other off-site tasks as needed Support the executive with quotations and travel coordination Successful candidates will have: 3+ years of experience an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role Must have a reliable vehicle and driver's license Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment Advance excel skills - Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and preparing reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization, time management and ability to manage confidential information A go getter and proactive personality This posting is for an active opening.
