Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of modern, cloud-based software solutions within a collaborative, Agile environment. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, helping translate complex business needs into clear, development-ready requirements that support scalable, well-architected systems.
You will work closely with product owners, developers, and technical leads to shape backlog items, support solution design, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern software architectures and contributing to high-quality delivery in fast-moving teams.

• You’ll work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• You’ll translate business needs into clear, well-defined backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria ready for development teams.
• In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers and architects to support solutions built on microservices architectures.
• You’ll apply Domain Driven Design concepts to help ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to business domains.
• You’ll participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• You’ll support ongoing communication between business and technical teams, helping manage scope, expectations, and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role supporting software development.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into development-ready backlog items.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and patterns.
• Solid knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts and their application in modern software development.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with requirements management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
