Agilus is recruiting for a Sales Consultant / Inside Sales Support in the mechanical contracting industry in Calgary, Alberta. Join a growing mechanical services leader as an Inside Sales Consultant supporting business development and preventive maintenance sales. Manage leads, quotes, and CRM while helping clients find the right service solutions. Ideal for a detail-oriented sales support professional ready to grow into an Account Executive role. Total rewards: $65000.00 - $72000.00 annually Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Opportunities for career advancement into an Account Executive role Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to innovative service offerings like SmartCare™ Professional development and training opportunities Work-life balance with a stable Monday–Friday schedule Access to CRM tools and modern sales technology Responsibilities: Support the Business Development Manager in lead generation and nurturing Manage inbound inquiries and conduct initial customer assessments Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits Maintain and update CRM records accurately Follow up with prospects to drive deals to closure Assist with marketing efforts including email campaigns and lead follow-up Ensure smooth handoff to Service Operations post-sale Successful candidates will have: Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account coordination Industry knowledge in HVAC, mechanical, or facility services is a strong asset Highly organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-driven environment This posting is for an active opening.
