  • You’ll ensure project deliverables are aligned with funding agreements and organizational priorities.
  • In this role, you’ll liaise with colleges to gather feedback, track progress, and ensure payments are processed accurately.
  • You’ll contribute to dissemination projects, knowledge sharing, and outreach initiatives.
  • You’ll collaborate closely within a team of three, supporting program planning and execution.

  • Familiarity with tracking expenditures, financial claims, and project funding compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom); familiarity with CRM systems or Power BI is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
