This opportunity is ideal for an administrative professional who is motivated by meaningful work and supporting individuals who need extra care and attention. Working within the public services sector, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to helping vulnerable individuals manage their financial affairs with dignity and accuracy.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, caregivers, and external professionals across legal, healthcare, and community services. Your work will directly support client wellbeing by ensuring financial matters are handled carefully, efficiently, and in line with established policies.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven environment where empathy, professionalism, and collaboration are highly valued. This role offers exposure to public sector operations, financial administration, and client-facing support in a structured office setting.

You’ll provide administrative support related to the financial management of vulnerable individuals, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
In this role, you’ll process and reconcile invoices, disburse payments such as rent and utilities, and monitor account activity.
You’ll respond to inquiries from clients and stakeholders, coordinating with caregivers, legal and healthcare professionals, and service providers.
You’ll review client files, track assets, and maintain accurate documentation within internal systems.
You’ll support front desk and phone coverage while prioritizing daily tasks and assisting with the resolution of client concerns or financial discrepancies.
2+ years of administrative and customer service experience in a professional office environment.
Experience in financial services or banking, with comfort handling debits, credits, and invoice reconciliation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and comfort navigating internal databases.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
