About the Opportunity

This is a pivotal Executive Assistant opportunity supporting a senior leader within a global, fast-paced organization in the construction space. You will be the trusted partner managing complex priorities, safeguarding time, and ensuring seamless coordination across both local and international stakeholders.

Working at the heart of the Canadian head office, you will also collaborate with members of the executive leadership team, acting as a connector, problem-solver, and steady presence in a dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll act as a true time gatekeeper, proactively managing a complex executive calendar across global time zones.

  • In this role, you’ll coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, and quarterly board meeting logistics.

  • You’ll draft, proofread, and prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.

  • You’ll manage confidential information with discretion, knowing when to communicate and when to hold back.

  • You’ll serve as a central point of contact in the office, welcoming visitors and supporting executive meetings.

  • You’ll mentor junior administrative staff and contribute to a strong, collaborative office culture.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience supporting executives

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite leaders in fast-paced, complex environments

  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence

  • Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel

  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments is an asset
