Your Responsibilities
- You’ll administer and support cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- In this role, you’ll manage identity and access systems including Active Directory and Entra ID, supporting user lifecycle and permissions.
- You’ll deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoints using Intune, ensuring a stable and secure device environment.
- You’ll provide day-to-day IT support for employees, resolving hardware, software, and SaaS-related issues.
- You’ll implement approved configuration changes across platforms such as Google Workspace, Zscaler, Azure, and GCP.
- You’ll maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and standard operating procedures.
- You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal partners to resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud administration, and end-user support.
- Practical experience administering Azure and GCP environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management with Intune.
- Working understanding of Windows Server and basic Linux environments.
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Strong hardware management, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Some experience on SQL server databases
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity
