Location: Ottawa and surrounding area, Hybrid with daily in-home client visits and occasional time at the local office
Language: English, fluent in both written and spoken communication
Duration: Permanent, Full-Time
Background Check Requirement: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

About the Opportunity

This is a people-first sales role for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting homeowners, and helping them make smart, practical decisions for their homes. You will represent a growing organization in the residential construction and home services space, working directly with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored insulation solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and value.

You will spend your days in customers’ homes, supported by a steady flow of qualified leads from marketing and a collaborative operations team. Your work directly impacts families, their energy use, and the quality of their living spaces, making this role both financially rewarding and genuinely meaningful.

You will receive full benefits paid at 100 percent, ongoing sales training, and the tools you need to succeed, including a company vehicle, CRM, and warm leads. High performers can expect strong earning potential, with a base salary plus commission that reflects the impact you make.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll conduct in-home assessments, taking measurements and evaluating ventilation and insulation needs.
  • In this role, you’ll prepare clear, professional quotes and explain recommendations in a consultative way.
  • You’ll follow up with homeowners to convert quotes into confirmed sales.
  • You’ll manage leads, appointments, and client details using CRM and Microsoft tools.
  • You’ll represent the organization with professionalism in every customer interaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential or solutions-based sales experience.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in customer-facing environments.
  • Comfort using Outlook, Word, and CRM systems.
  • A valid driver’s license and confidence driving throughout the Ottawa region.
